Just an FYI for everyone out there: If you are installing K2 [blackpearl] 0803 (new install or upgrade), and your SQL Reporting Services is on a separate server from your K2 Workspace, beware.  Configuration Manager on your SSRS server will complete with a ''FAILURE''.
