i resolved it more or less myself. we did a complete deinstallation and installation of a standalone install. now almost everythings works (app pool running with local system account though). Has anyone moved from K2.net 2003 to BlackPearl while some processes are still live?  Did anyone use the database migration utility with live processes?  I understand that you need to redeploy the k2.net 2003 processes in blackpearl, but what about ones that are still live?
