I’m an application developer at Getronics PinkRoccade in the Netherlands, it’s actually called Getronics PinkRoccade here because of the merge with PinkRoccade nearly 3 years ago, for the rest of the world we’re know as Getronics.
I was born in The Netherlands on the 29e of June in 1982, which makes me 25 years “old” and probably the youngest K2 Insider. I started my IT carrier at Getronics not so long ago (June 2006) after finishing my study at the Hogeschool van Arnhem and Nijmegen where I studied Information Technology. Before that I’ve studied office automation. I already started programming before that as a hobby. This wasn’t in the Microsoft products “domain”. Aside from working with Microsoft software I also play around with Linux and sometimes write some PHP and MySql code to get some difference in my IT live.
Within Getronics I participate in the Information Worker focus group and that allows me to work with SharePoint 2007 and (of course) K2 BlackPearl. I’ve done some small projects with K2.net 2003 and started working with K2 BlackPearl since the Beta 1TR2 phase. With BlackPearl I’ve done some small projects/demo’s and am now working on a bigger project so we can finally use K2 BlackPearl for some real work.

An ardent fan of K2.net and a previous employee of SourceCode, I have worked with the product since the first major release in 2002. Having followed the progress of BlackPearl quite closely since the first preview nearly two years ago, I am really looking forward to the RTM and the new capabilities the platform is promising to deliver.

I've been in the software industry for more years than I care to admit to. I specialise in Microsoft server products, in particular, BizTalk, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Content Management Server. I count myself as a .Net developer and am an enthusiast of SOA and Web Services. I still rate Visual Basic 3.0 as the best development tool ever made but now program exclusively in the one true language - C#. I've been working with K2.net 2003 for about 9 months and with BlackPearl for the last 3 months. I would rate myself an enthusiast rather than an expert but will try to share information that might be helpful. I am a Lead Architect at Ciber UK, a Microsoft Gold Partner, and am pleased to work alongside some of the smartest guys in the industry.

I currently work for a Microsoft Gold Partner named RDA Corporation since 2005 building custom applications starting as a sr. software engineer and now as a technical manager based out of Reston, Virginia. Over the past few years I have done a lot of work with K2.net integrating it with BizTalk, SharePoint 2003/2007, InfoPath, ASP.net, SSIS, mainframes and other non-MS technologies. One of the solutions was nominated for a Microsoft Partner of the Year solution in 2006. Prior to RDA I worked at BearingPoint, Deloitte Consulting, AMS, and OneSoft building custom applications. I am a Virginia Tech alumni completing both my undergrad and masters in Information Technology. I play ice hockey on a regular basis and I am huge Washington Capitals fan.

I am a Solution Architect with Dimension Data in Sydney Australia. My focus is on solutions based around MOSS 2007 and K2. I have been a staunch K2 advocate for a number of years and have been involved in a number of projects involving K2. Also I have spent nearly 2 years (can it be that long) working with MOSS and have been very excited about the possibilities. In addition to working with MOSS and K2, I have about 5 years of .Net experience, about 3 years of J2EE and spent nearly 10 years working with Lotus Notes based technologies. So I guess I have spent most of my career involved in workflow solutions of one form or another...
