Re: Unable to Load server settings

    Hello Smaddevena,

From the error message that you are receiving it seems that you need to go into the SQL database  and verify if the server name and license key in the _Server table of the database are correct or not.  If they are not correct, insert the proper values and restart the K2 service.  hope this helps.

    Cheers,

     Jon

You may also want the check as to whether K2 Service AND K2 Console are being attempted to run at the same time (they can not both run concurrently on the same K2 server). Also, make sure there are no remote users connected to the server who may be running K2 in one of the modes.

Regarding modifying the _Server table entries: please make sure you have make a backup of the database/table/records prior to modifying the settings.
