Hello Everyone,
Our next K2.net user group meeting will be tomorrow, Tuesday, June 12h, 11am-1pm central time at Texas Instruments, 7800 Banner Drive, Dallas, TX. Parking will be available in front of the building and to the left of the building. The entrance requires badge entry and someone will be at the door to let attendees in. Remote attendance information is included at the bottom of this message.

Please RSVP to me via email for the meeting by the end of business today whether you are attending via webex or if you will be attending in person (so that we can plan for the number of people to order food for). Also, if you RSVP, I can get you registered for a Texas Instrument’s visitor badge ahead of time and it will take less time to get to the meeting.
Member question: Cheryl McAllen would like to speak with anyone who may have experience with implementing workflow solutions in the Research and Development areas of their business (e.g., gathering data, analyzing it, reporting on it). If you would be interested in sharing your experience with Cheryl, please let Patti Albracht know and she will get you in touch with Cheryl. Cheryl will also be attending the meeting via webex tomorrow if further clarification of her questions are needed or if someone would like to get in touch with her about what she is trying to do then.
We have found that our attendance at the evening meetings is much lower than our daytime meetings. From this point forward, all of our meetings will be from 11am to 1pm. For those of you who can’t make our daytime meetings, you can email me and request the recorded webex. Our meetings will continue to be held at the same location. Our upcoming meeting schedule is as follows:
7/10/2007 11am – 1pm
8/14/2007 11am – 1pm
9/11/2007 11am – 1pm
10/9/2007 11am – 1pm
11/13/2007 11am – 1pm
12/11/2007 11am – 1pm
Meeting Agenda:
11-11:30 Networking/Refreshments
11:30-11:45 Announcements/Intros of New people
11:45-12:00 Tips & Tricks
12:00-12:45 Technical Presentation
12:45-1:00 Meeting Wrapup
The Announcements section of the meeting will include any information regarding K2 upcoming events and user group events as well as brief introductions of our presenter and refreshment provider.
The Tips & Tricks Presentation is when we as members can pose questions to each other on projects that we are working on and having difficulty with. It is also a time when if we have learned something that we feel will be helpful to others, we can share it with the group. Bring yours to share/ask.
