i've only ever been able to search for keywords to get a list of knowledge base articles that are relevant

out of interest, is it possible to get the full list of knowledge base articles or be able to search with a wild card that would make all of them appear?

The knowlege base is under some radical changes.  The new stuff should make tons of people happy in the near future.  Would you like to have the KB or portions of it off of this site?

i think it would definitely make sense to have the KB articles availabe through this site, it my encourage more people to check them and the forums posts before raising support calls?
