    How to Configure an Approval Process based on Organizational Hierarchy

    Hi,

    I would like to achieve the Following ;

    A Leave Approve Process: has 3 levels : An employee initiates the request -> This should be forwarded to his manager & email should be triggered and subsequently to His Manager. After that It should go to a specific (user or group) say HR and stops.

    My problem :

    1) how can i add the active Directory users. If i add all the users from the active directory as Destination users for each of the activities defined ?

    2) How can will the process identify the corresponding Manager in the Hierarchy and forward the request to the next activity ?

    My Process :

    Employee --> Section Head--> Division Head--> HR

    Note: Email at each Stage.

    I have defined an activity for each level and their corresponding action outcomes it works fine with an email notification at each level to the next person in the process on Approval and an Email to the Originator on Decline.
