I have some couple of questions in using "Form generation client event"

Question 1:

I would like to know how to set some basic checks on the input of the user when using the "Form genereation client event".

Ex: Check that the Employee name that the user enters in the textbox does not already exists in the smart object "Employee"

Question 2:

How can we set other forms than just the textbox field when using "Form generation client event".

Ex:  - I want to use a dropdown field and let the user choose from a list.

       - Get some radio buttons or stuff like that

Is it possible?
