Do you have the new (k2underground) link or the topic name to that discussion?  I've done much searching in this forum and couldn't find a good answer on how complex types are handled by the web service event template.  All links I've came across were old forum links that no longer work. 

So far, the only way I got things to work was editing the generated code.  It's a simple code change (comment out 1 line, add 2 new lines), but would like to explore whether or not it can be done by the given template.  This would be a much better approach for less technical process designers.
