Hi,

 I have a few questions on SharePoint Workflow Integration with K2 (SharePoint Workflow Integration).

1. When I select the FormTechnology as InfoPath how can I specify the association, modification pages (forms) as in a standard SharePoint workflow?

2.  When I select ASP.NET as the form technology I get three options for Form Location: Use Default Pages,  Network Share (File System), and Generate new ASP.NET Pages.  What are the differences of each item.  Plus when I select "Network Share" its asking for the Association Page and Instantiation Page, how do I write the code in order to achieve this?
