I've recently added the K2 Report Webpart to our sharepoint site so that folks can see processes that they originated. However, many times when you go to the sharepoint site there will be an error on this webpart (error 403: unauthorized).

When you refresh it most of the time the error will go away.

Does anyone know how to prevent this from occurring?

I have seen the Report web part intermittently return 401 errors but never a 403 error.  Is it always a 403?

The issue with the 401 error was related to Kerberos and the use of PreAuthentication when the web part calls the filterservice.asmx web service.  If you are seeing intermittent 401 errors please open a ticket with K2 Support and they can assist.

It actually is a 401, but I'm sure that while changing settings to try to eliminate it I did get a 403 at one point. I'll open the ticket.
