My Processes Webpart in K2 BP

    Dear All,

Is there My Processes Webpart in K2 BP like in K2.NET 2003 feature?

(webpart that contain reporting information from Workspace, like K2.NET Report webpart in Eccentrix VPC, not Task List webpart)

Since we need to upgrade to K2 BP so we need to find that webpart as well

    Best Regards

    Widodo

Sorry, the MyProcess webpart is not currently available out-of-the-box.

Will K2 provide it later on?

What about the "My involved Process" Webpart too?

Re: My Processes Webpart in K2 BP

    Hi,

Since the reports are now handled by SQL Server Reporting Services it would be easy to use a web part in SharePoint to get any reporting data, even custom developed reports. See this article on how to add the Reporting Services Web Parts to SharePoint: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-US/library/ms159772.aspx.

Once the web part is added configure it to view the desired report. Remember to set up and enable Kerberos so that authentication can work.

    Hope it helps!

But what is the statement queue and step-by-step for getting data for those reports?

Re: My Processes Webpart in K2 BP

    Hi,

If you installed the K2 Reports components on your SQL Server Reporting Service Server then the standard K2 reports will be available from the reporting manager web site (http://<SSRSServer>/Reports)

If these are present then the only steps you need to follow are the ones to install the Reporting Services Web Parts in SharePoint and configure these web parts to connect to your SSRS server. It will connect to the SSRS server and these reports will be available without any modification or extra configuration.

    Hope this helped.

    Regards,

Re: My Processes Webpart in K2 BP

The standard reports are displaying all processes and its activities status. I want to display My Initiated process and My Involved Process.

Also, where is the source of the reports location are? What if I want to modify them?

Re: My Processes Webpart in K2 BP

It would be nice to have out of the box "My Initiated Process" and "My Involved Process".
