viewing process data XML field values

    Hi,

May be i am missing some simple step, but i can't figure out how to view the values of XML data fields (Process level) from workspace or any other means. I have few process XML data fields. When i view the instance details in workspace, i can see the data field values, but is there any way i can also view the current value (XML file) for the xml field too? THANKS

The data viewer from the workspace where you can view your process data fields should have a tab for viewing XML fields (See Attached Image)

    I hope this helps.

Hi Eric, thanks for your reply.

I use that tab all the time for viewing activity level K2InfoPath schema. However, when viewing process level data, it shows up empty. please see the attched screenshot.

Make sure the Infopath field is not marked as "hidden" in K2 studio.  Any XML or Process fields that are marked as "hidden" will not show up in the reporting.  If it is hidden you can uncheck it and re-export but you will probably have to run a new instance of the process to see the data.  I am almost positive that it will not un-hide the data for process instances that ran on the previous versions of the process.

The only time I could see XML Data is if I use the Search page then drill it down from there for active processes.
