SharePoint workflow integration event – has a asp.net form based option

Hi, 

In SharePoint workflow integration  event – has a asp.net form based option , which manager will view for approving the document upload , is there a way to fine tune / make changes to look feel

This auto generated form ,  or  is there a option where we can attach our own custom form with same content . Please suggest .
