A couple of things to check:

* ensure Dynamics CRM AppPool is a domain account

* make sure that the account you configure in the config file has access to the CRM web services, if in doubt make it the same account as the CRM AppPool

* Ensure that IIS is configured properly with Windows Authentication and pass through credentials

I've the feeling the impersonation is not working properly but might be wrong.

Hi Jonno/All,

Currently I'm having an authentication error with the web service and not really sure why.

Like Jonno have I created an site for the CRM Web service to run in. The application pool uses a user which has access to dynamics. This user I have also added to the Priv User Group.

Now when I try to execute the GetUser routine directly from the K2CRMService I get an authentication error. Also when I run the SmartObject Service Tester I get the same error during the Add Service Instance.

Would very much appreciate it if someone could give me some suggestions.

Infopath forms allow offline data connections by default and if you are using smartobjects as datasources then uncheck 2 options given on Tools > Form Options > Offline tab

Just one more thing to add...

after you "Reset Toolbox", you may not be able to drag out the templates onto the process design canvas until you restart Visual Studio
