&lt;p&gt;I would also advise you to log a support ticket if you are having issues. &amp;nbsp;This will at least allow a support engineer to assists you on your issue.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, I would test it out in a test environment to see if it works properly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can also run a profiler trace when deleting an instance to see if it is hitting the same tables (it should).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note that this was tested a long time back and the current version of blackpearl already allows you to delete instances from the management console. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think if you are looking for a long term and officially supported mechanism, I would suggest upgrading to blackpearl as that would give you access to the full product capability and also introduce required enterprise features such as process data archival.&lt;/p&gt;
