I must say that I love to see this. Putting the power back in the hands of the consumer is GREAT! I hope this trend continues more and more. I love the ideas of getting your customers involved at higher levels and making sure you HEAR and LISTEN to them. and then take it a step further, make sure they feel listened to. Companies can get tremendous value out of these efforts if they just take the time to open up.
There are so many great ways to open the channel and have the conversation. Take a look at what comcast is doing. From reading through the twitters it looks like its working. I cant wait to see what others do
